Wawel hill sightseeing – permanent exhibitions available all over the year:
- Royal Chambers – intendant’s room on the ground floor and representative rooms on the second floor, eg. Senator’s room, Under the Eagle room, Tournament room, Deputies’ room and Royal Chapel.
- Royal Apartments – tour through the first floor where royal private chambers were established in the 16th century.
- Crown Treasury and Armory – a place with many valuable objects. You can see famous royal sword so-called ‘Szczerbiec’ (‘the jagged’).
- Oriental Art – this exhibition shows the influence of Turkish art on Polish nobles due to politics and business contacts.
- Lost Wawel – archaeological and architectural reserve and lapidary.
Seasonal routes on Wawel Hill (closed in winter):
- Dragon’s Den – 80 meters of winding corridors, related to the alleged presence of the mythical Wawel’s Dragon.
- Sandomirian Tower – known also as the fire tower.
- Castle gardens
